National Contention

Each year this event features nationally known clinicians, addresses a wide variety of topics in worship and music ministry, and includes reading sessions of new materials, a large exhibit area of ministry resources, and daily worship and concert experiences. Members can register in any one of a variety of convention "tracks."

Programs and Workshops

Informative chapter meetings and workshop events are held on a regular basis. Recent topics have included Integrating the Choir and the Praise Team, Exploring the Pastor/Musician Relationship, Anthems that Work, Language in our Hymns, The Hexagon of Beautiful Singing, The Fine Art of Accompanying, and Designing Sound for Worship Space.
